Welcome to the Connect6 Wiki.
The game is played on a large rectangular grid(a Go board works especially well for this, as does graph paper with "X" and "O" instead of Go stones) and the first player starts by putting one stone for the first move, then on subsequent moves each player alternates in putting down two stones of their color. When you get six stones in a row, vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, you win. That's it.
